The fully automatic stator inner winding machine is controlled by the core system PLC.

The X, Y, Z, and S axes cooperate with terminal winding and wire passing, and the S, Z, and X axes cooperate with automatic winding and automatic cable arrangement.

The standard configuration is that the end of the thread and the end of the thread are on the same side as the thread, and the 45° mechanism is optional to meet the thread head, the end of the thread and the thread on the opposite side of the stator.

The thread head and thread tail can be wrapped directly on the terminal, or the thread head and thread tail can be left. To switch products, you only need to replace the part seat and call the corresponding program. Suitable for single-slot stator internal winding products, optional safety grating, pneumatic scissors, servo tension system, etc.
