Two methods of the automatic winding machine to wind

There are 2 methods of wire wrapping system of the automatic winding machine in the production line. Full-automatic & semi-automatic.

In order to make the winding neat and orderly, the automatic winding machine needs to clamp the plastic film in the slot in advance. The wire is wound on the iron core.

The advantage of the semi-automatic & fully automatic winding machine is that the manual canactively adapt to enameled wires of different wire diameters, but the disadvantages that the wire package is loose and slightly larger.

 

The working process of the automatic winding machine is:

There is a storage wheel with a cotter pin on the automatic winding machine, remove the cotter pin, insert the iron core from the opening and align the center of the innerring of the iron core with the circumference of the storage wheel, close the cotterpin to store an appropriate amount of wire on the wire storage wheel, and thenuse the stored wire to wind the iron core.

Whether the winding process is correct or not determines whether the automatic winding machine can wind the coilnormally. An excellent winding process can improve processing efficiency, to  reduce the loss of wire.

On the contrary, a wrong winding process makes the coil wound by the automatic winding machine not meet the design requirements.

The automatic winding machine needs to use wire and skeleton during operation, and the normal supply of power is also very important. In theuse environment with large voltage fluctuations, the automatic winding machine will have abnormal temperature rise, overheating and abnormal electrical control system. 

 

The automatic winding machine controller is a very precise control system, which has higher requirements on the power supply. Some customers set up a dedicated circuit for power supply, and the circuitter minal is equipped with a voltage stabilizer.The materials used play a very important role in the normal operationof the automatic winding machine. 


Otherwise, inferior enameled wires will cause the wiring tobe irregular, and the deformed skeleton will cause the main shaft of the automatic winding machine to shake during winding, and the edges will over lap and other issues.
